Initiatives 2019

3.1 Waste Management

In Argentina, where our largest office is located, we eliminated the use of disposable cups and bottles by 100% in 2019, replacing them with thermal bottles. This initiative resulted in a 4800 kg reduction of plastic per year.

We also eliminated the use of disposable forks and knives, replacing them with reusable ones and thereby decreasing our plastic use by 6600 kg a year.

Waste separation is carried out in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay.

3.2 Promoting Green Commuting

We have our own parking for 25 bicycles as well as 12 showers at our Buenos Aires office. We also share bike spaces with other tenants at some of our buildings.

3.3 Recycling Our Electronic Waste

Our electronic device recovery program enables us to recycle unused electronics and donate these to social organizations, such as NGO Fundación Equidad, in Argentina.
Fundación Equidad works with vulnerable populations to promote social, educational and job equality through the use of new technologies and digital training.
